Chatsworth Centre is undoubtedly part of the rich and diverse fabric of Chatsworth, playing an active and productive role in the community. The centre turned 28 years old in 2017 and still continues to perform exceptionally well. Chatsworth Centre, houses approximately 150 stores, and the centre attracts over 1 400 000 shoppers per month. The Centre is owned by Sanlam Properties who re-invested in the mall by upgrading it both internally and externally to create a modern look.

Quantum Advertising contacted First African Claddings to clad a digital screen at the airport which was about 10m x 18m.
To meet the specifications we designed and installed the side cladding onto a steel frame. We opted to use ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) cladding, done by using ALPOLIC® fire retardant silver/white (405/fr), 300X1270X4mm panels.

We have supplied cladding and shopfront portals (a 3D steel structure with ACM cladding) to Toyota dealers across Botswana and South Africa.

As part of the upgrading of the Emfuleni Medi Clinic, First African Claddings installed the expanded mesh on the external facade over the windows, giving the building a modern feel whilst allowing light transmission, saving the cost of replacing all windows.

First African Claddings manufactured and installed ACM cladding with a unique perforated camouflage pattern to add the finishing touches to the recently upgraded Eden Square Shopping Centre in Phalaborwa.
Being the gateway to the Kruger National Park, the Metallic Champagne panels give the Mall a modern integrated artistic feel. Each panel had a unique pattern.
Southern Sun / Oliver Tambo InternationalComplete•Johannesburg
The Southern Sun Hotel at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg needed a cladding specialist to revamp its exterior. The already existing fascia had become problematic due to its high maintenance costs, and so had to be replaced.
First African Claddings designed, manufactured and installed a new aluminum composite material (ACM) fascia for the hotel. The fascia was to cover 67m² using Hulabond ACM to match the existing cladding on the rest of the building.
